Love their healthy choices of salad. All the ingredients are fresh and the dressings great. Will definitely go again. The place is cosy though there's not a lot of seats. Perfect for a healthy takeaway lunch/dinner. The chocolate tofu mousse cake is worth a try.

I loved this great cozy place in Wan Chai! Fresh, organic, healthy food. I had tasty carrot ginger soup and nice vegetarian spinach quiche. Absolutely loved it! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends in Hong Kong!

My favorite salat place in Wan chai. If you're around and looking for something fresh, or natural or organic that's the place to go. Although they have some sandwiches as well, to me it's all about the salads. Every day they offer 6 different bowls of salad of which you can choose. The selection of 3 salads is more than... More

Just been to the Life Deli in Wan Chai and the food was delicious. Small cafe style, just off the main street, not very obvious, but really glad we popped in. I recommend the salad and the samosa. Enjoy!

Delicious and healthful vegetarian salads and sandwiches. Great value for what you get. I can personally recommend the quinoa salad and the smoothies.

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
