You can tell they use fresh ingredients and this makes all their dishes top quality - the taste is amazing - we ordered a lot of different small plates and shared! Small restaurant but worth the wait. Tucked away in Soho area - worth finding!

A delightful, buzzing and thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. The food here is some of the best Vietnamese I've had, and though not strictly typical or traditional in many ways, it's zesty menu is a reflection of their vibrancy. The flavours are as bold as the atmosphere, a great place to go with friends or even sit at the bar and... More

This restaurant was close to our apartment in HK so we stopped in our first night. It was hoppin in there and full, but we were able to get 2 spots at the bar. The food was really good, but we felt the prices were a bit steep. I'm sure this is due to the neighborhood it was in. Nice... More

A great restaurant, you can tell that from the queues outside. It's well worth the wait, there isn't a bad dish on the menu. An essential for any HK trip

The food at Chôm Chôm is excellent, But it is hard to get to. If you want to eat there, it is best to get there before 6:15. Happy eating!

Have eaten many times since this restaurant opened with varying degrees of satisfaction but usually quite good. The restaurant does not take reservations but has always taken names on a list and then called when the table is available. In this way you can grab a drink at a nearby pub while waiting for the table. No big deal. Now... More

Hi Zephion, As you know, Chôm Chôm is a small restaurant! We have come to realize that we can simply not keep up with the demand for a call back service, and ask guests to come back to check on their tables – very sorry to hear that the change is not to your liking! Join us early week and... More

Chom Chom is a great vietnamese style restaurant. No reservations are possible, just put your name on the list, have a drink on the outside casual 'terrace' and wait untill you get a table. Food is amazing. Service good and the atmosphere very casual. I love it here

Great restaurant right in the centre of it all. Went there as a four and had to wait a bit for the table, but totally worth it. Menu has a good selection of nibbles and tasters as well as different mains - perfect for sharing! Highly recommend, lots of different dishes, I'll be back to try the rest of the... More

If you want, great food in a fun, trendy and crowded place in Soho. More trendy than fine dining but I really liket it and so did my wife.

Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
