The hotel was great and staff very attentive. The breakfast management team not the wait staff need training in customer service could be abrupt at times and abit rude.

Like everything else at the Salisbury, it's clean, nice and a value. The service was not all that friendly, but the offerings are tasty and delicious and it's a nice location, right at the Tsim Sha Tsui area.

We called in on our way to the Star ferry and were pleased with our breakfast. There's a choice of the buffet, which was varied and good quality, or a cooked breakfast, which was also good. The prices are reasonable too. The staff were attentive and pleasant. Would go back for a quick breakfast, to set us up for a... More

Most people put off by those letters YMCA, but I can assure you a stay at the Sailsbury is one of the best, some rooms are a bit dated but the views of the harbour are Excellent. The food in the restaurant was fine no problems, would recommend. Just say you stayed at the Sailsbury!!!

Air conditioned, convenient location, great salad bar, good service and quite a surprise that it is so reasonably priced considering the location next to the Peninsula Hotel!

The price of the tea buffet is quite low comparing to other hotels in this area. So, we wont expect too much. The choices of the food is limited but the quality is fine. There are hot food, salad, dessert, icecream, juice and so on. The refill is not too fast. The view of the dining room is great. Therr... More

Centrally located in TST opposite the Cultural Centre offers great view of Hong Kong harbour. Staff very attentive and helpful. Jimmy kindly let me use the restaurant phone as I just arrived in HK that morning and yet to get a local sim. Food selection is reasonable and delightful. The roast rib eye beef with fresh horseradish is cooked to... More
