Very crowded at night, even at around 10 or 11pm. The beancurd pudding dessert is really good and unique, as it comes in a wooden tub. But it is a little expensive. The mango desserts are also really good.

Ordered a medium size one sharing by two. Could barely finish it! Don't forget to add yellow sugar (on table) for authentic taste!

A long time tinhau establishment. Often one of the first restaurants (dessert) that comes into mind when people talk about tinhau. Bean curd dessert (豆腐花) is worth getting - they have a gimmick where they put a 2 min timer in front of you before you're supposed to open the wooden bowl to make it seem really fresh. Don't know... This dessert shop which was recommended by a traveller who blog about her travels and since we were staying at Somerset Victoria Park Hotel, I had included this in our list of food places to check out in Hong Kong. We were here on a Friday late afternoon after checking in to our hotel and ordered the durian beancurd pudding... More

Took the dessert almost 10 at night in a warm day. Ordered the mango sago and tou fu fah. The mango sago was nicer.

We had not been back for about three years, but a friend wanted to try some durian desserts and we remembered this place. It was as crowded and popular as before, and there was a short wait for seats to become available. The desserts were as good as we recalled, if a little smaller dish. I loved the mango with... More

Great authentic Hong Kong dessert, for good price at Tin Hau. There is always a lot of people inside. Definitely try the mango sagos and the tofu!

We had the Mango Delight (I think that's what it was called!) and the Durian Pancakes and loved both. The Mango Delight was a mix of fresh and dried mango, mango pudding and ice-cream. The cream in the Durian Pancakes was not too sweet and tasted very fresh. Fast and friendly service - what more do you want?!

We've come here three times during our most recent trip to HK. First two times... Desserts were ok.... The third time... Not good. The third time is when there was a line outside... So when they get busy... Things get a little sloppy... No kidding... We got ice cream that wasn't very cold... And it wasn't just us... The table... More
