We do enjoy having our weekend bunch here regularly. Nice modern arty interior, attentive staff cuz we mostly pick the outdoor area, still we were never neglected, delicious nice decorated food in a very arty way, homemade sourdough bread always warmly served with herb mixed butter, yummy hearty soup as well. We always enjoy the serenity from the hustle and... More

Every dish is impressively decorated and of course delicious. Love the services there - the captain and waiters are nice and make lots of fun for the customers.

About the only way you'll see this is to look up from street level--go around to the right and there is a small lobby and elevator. We did look up and were not unhappy. Airy, clean and really good food. Very attentive staff and beautiful presentation.

Had a late lunch with my sisters and we decided try this place to share their Prime Rib, which was 1 kg with veggies and a small salad. It was more than enough to feed our 3 hungry stomachs! As we waited for our meal, we enjoyed the delightful interiors, modern made cozy by wood furnishings and bird motif wallpaper.... More

I had roasted duck breast and liked everything especially the dessert. Presentation of food was impressive and innovative. Everything was okay except that it took quite a while for the main dish to come. If you can't afford a long lunch, come for dinner or something. The menu is a bit pricey though, compared to the counterparts of the restaurant... More

It was empty on a Monday night, 2 or maximum 3 tables including us. We were delighted with the inventive starter and dessert: pigeon duck terrine, foie gras orange tonic mousse; toffee apple sandwich rice soup apple sorbet. Main courses were OK but not excellent. Our bottle of wine Saint Emilion 2012 from Chateau Petit Figeac seemed overpowering, perhaps not... More

I had a quick business lunch and my friend and I dropped in here. Atmosphere was good and it wasn't crowded. He had the special 2 course lunch and I had the Caesar salad. Both were very good with great flavours. Service was OK. The bread was very tasty. I had been in HK for a week and this was... More

The food was great. Dessert was the least impressive, but only if you are picky. One creme brulee was missing it's sugar crisp and they used too much gelatin. The service was lacking in that the paired wines were forgotten to be served with each course. But we will certainly return so it really was minor issues.

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
