We booked a table at 1130am for an early lunch on 26 May 2021, when we arrived the restaurant at 1130am, the restaurant door was just opened, lightings, electronic devices were just turned on and staff is moving the plants around.. when the restaurant setup...things about to finish, the manager (he was wearing a suit so I guessed he is the manager??) went in the restaurant immediately without asking or even looking at the 3-4 guests who were already waiting there to be seated. He did not come out to greet the guest until one of the guest walk inside and asked "are you now opened"?? He came out to serve the guests without any apology and that was around 1144am! During the whole meal, we could not feel of any high class hotel hospitality, there is having a big room to improve on the service side. Although the food quality was good, it still not a good dining experience in a 5 stars hotel restaurant.More

Everything was perfect. From the moment we walked in, the service from Marcus until the end. The drinks were amazing, along with the steak & salmon tartar & the dessert. Amazing service from the whole bunch and we enjoyed so much, thank you Marcus for...taking care of us! ❤️More

thats not my first time being here in rosewood, I had good time apart from this current visit. when we are ordering the ‘CLAMS’, the lady told us that they gave us the dinner menu wrongly and there are no Clams during lunch time. a...bit disappointed but we understand the cover looks the same and is hard to identify. we are interested to the ‘ROTISSERIE CHICKEN’ and would like to know more about the dish. we got the answers is ‘roasted chicken’… and she repeat again ‘yes roasted chicken’, seems she doesnt have a better description to describe the food they are serving. when the food is ready, I took out my cutlery from a paper bag they set on the table.. i found the paper napkin with ‘ RED WINE STAINS’??? do you serve used paper napkin to all customers in a luxury hotel.. in this sensitive period? the server took away my food but we are not finished yet.. and the hotline is never able to reach.. will not bring me to tripadvisor.. I just don’t feel we are welcome and they care what they are doing.More

Oh it is so good! I had the hamachi, the meatballs and the clams. All amazing. Service great. I sat at the bar looking into the kitchen and the chefs were AMA I got to watch and chat with!! My only negative is the small...pour of wine. I always love a heavy pour. That being said: totally check it out. Music good too.More

Very nice restaurant with great service. Meat Balls were amazing and the dessert was even better. We didn't book and we just walked in but they had space for us and the food was stunning. Recommended for everyone!

The place is nice and spacious. The meat balls is the best in town. Not too salty and very rich in taste. As for the paella, it’s available in small dish/portion, a good idea for small group of people, say 2-3, which could then try...other tapas at the same time.More

Walked in for lunch and could only get a low small table in outdoor area. Great views overlooking the Victoria Harbour. We ordered a la carte. Tapas of baby squids, meatballs spaghetti, shrimps paella and a passion fruit soda drink. The portion is small, good...enough for me and my niece. Taste ok, not impressive though. Service ok and waitress waiter are local people. This restaurant is on 5/F of Rosewood Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui which hotel is quite grand new and beautiful at an excellent location on the harbour. Worth a try for the hotel.More
