It took us some time to find this restaurant as we took a wrong turn. Tim sum is very yummy and the price is much cheaper than what we are paying in Singapore. Local seem not very familiar with the location of this restaurant, even the police showed us the wrong direction. Value for money.

We always enjoy the food at Tim Ho Wan but the service at Olympic City is poor and the cleanliness terrible. So disappointing when the service and cleanliness spoil the dining experience. Had much better experience at Tim Ho Wan in Tseung Kwan O. Here we had quick service and clean floors and tables.

Just a caution that it may not be feasible to dine at this restaurant. I was at the Central Station and walked to the IFC Mall outlet, twice and also to other outlet at Sham Shui Po. The queue was long, almost 80 people and it is just not productive and my opinion that it is not worth it. I,... More

Dim sum actually require a great deal of knowledge and skills so it is fairly underestimated by the tourists. There are a lot of great dim sum places in Hong Kong, it's true, BUT Tim Ho Wan is the one with the best pork buns. They are really really good. The rest is good but nothing too much out of... More

Waited 30+ minutes for a table (Same as prior times we have eaten here) which is no probs Food took a very long time to come out, some dishes ordered never even came out, when questioned staff they kept saying "Yes 1 minute" ..... well 20 minutes came and went and still hadn't been fed. So we left and then... More

I don't understand why ppl crave so much about this place but the food is very average and a lot of msg in it. The settings are so so and service is poor. The BBQ pork bum is the only highlight

I am a fan of Tim Ho Wan ever since my 7 year old cranky daughters' face lit up after eating one of their barbeque buns! :) that was in manila, so a trip to the first Tim Ho Wan where the Michelin Star was given seems appropriate on our short trip to Hongkong. First, the wait. You need to... More

Got recommendation from a friend. Very disappointed when we had the chance to eat last night. It's not as good as what we have expected.

The food was okay. We saw the name because it was noted as a one star Michelin restaurant for 2016. Overall good was just "ok". Atmosphere was also just "ok". Having said that, here's some advice... Go right when they open to avoid the long waits. If you had to wait one it even two hours, you would walk away... More

We waited on the queue for almost 2 hours, just because my sister wanted to try their Dim-Sum. She know this place from the internet. Some dishes was nice but some dishes were too oversized.
