We lunched here after a 3 hour hike and opted for the Set A set lunch that came with free beer. Food portion was small and taste not spectacular. Fried rice was salty and lacked fragrance. Clams and prawns were fresh, portion tiny and heavily seasoned. We like the 'harbour' view though. The boss was very friendly and engaged in... More

We took the ferry out, and walked to this end for the ferry & lunch. We got their lunch special for 3 people, and everything was good, reasonable prices, included tea and bottled water. Would recommend this restaurant to others.

I selected this place because it had a couple of tables for couples. Service was good with English speaking staff. Good choice of food. I had the cheese lobster which was OK but not stunning. It was also, in my opinion, quite pricey but all HK prices are high.

We (wife and I) had a special set here for lunch, which included scallops, calamari, prawns, bokchoi and fried rice with Chinese tea and can of beer each. All and service were very good.

We walked acoss the island from the ain ferry stop but hadn't realised how hot we would get. A great walk though. This restaurant was a haven. Delicious food, quickly served - we were getting the ferry back from Sok Kwai Wan - and a view of the bustling harbour, the junks, the fishermen about their business and a refreshing... More

The ferry trip to Lamma takes you a different world. In this family run restaurant had the best seafood in a relaxed atmosphere. Start with the fried squid. Fantastic! Like any other dishes that followed.

When you descend into Sok Kwu Wan after a walk, you are hungry. But these restaurants are really geared up for large groups and fun they are. I order two dishes the stir fried beef in black bean sauce. This suits my savoury palette. I also ordered what the HK local people call Singapore Noodles, rich is prawns and gently... More

We visited Lamma Island on a day trip from Tsim Sha Tsui and it's well worth doing - a gentle 4km hike from one end of the island (Yung Shue Wan) and finishing in Sok Kwu Wan. We realised that we only had 40 minutes until the ferry left so asked if they could rustle up our food quickly, which... More

We ordered set menu D (the most expensive - 450 ish for two). Started with boiled prawns which were a good size and perfectly fine with a chili soy dipping sauce. Calamari next was crunchy and well cooked with a sweet chili sauce that worked really well. The disappointing part was the lobster (the reason why our set menu was... More

The Fried Squid has always been a favourite of mine, but I think I have found the best place in HK for it. Everything we had was really good.
