I was very skeptical of this place. People had told me terrible things and I read some bad reviews but my friend really wanted to go and I had already dragged her all over Hong Kong so I agreed to go. Our concierge booked for...More

I have been coming here for years and the quality is worse and worse. The boat itself is ok and I used to love taking guests here, but the food has reached a new low for such a high price. Do yourself a favour on...More

Located in Aberdeen this old tourist attraction was recommended to us as a nice place to have lunch. The location is interesting but service is average and food quality is not as good as we thought. For this amount of money you can get better...More

Skip the experience and invest your money in better food. Yes, the (short) boat ride is fun, but remember you're paying for it in the bill. My family went there (3 of us) for lunch and since we didn't want to spend a couple thousand...More

This place is for tourists. However, if you want to do the tourist stuff in HK, you should definitely visit here just once. Taking the boat out to the floating restaurant is quite unique. We went for lunch and I give my thumbs up for...More

Jumbo is certainly a sight to behold, lit up like a lantern on the water. As someone else has said, approaching Jumbo by boat makes you feel like you're in a Bond film and once you see it up close, the feeling doesn't go away....More

There is no denying that the food here was delicious, authentic but a bit costly. The serves were quite generous and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. It wasn't overly full when we visited which was good as it appeared as though if the inside area was...More

We were travelling with friends who have been here on two other occasions, so although this wasn't somewhere we were desperate to try, I'm glad we did. Not sure why some of the other reviews were so negative, as we thought our experience was very...More

The boat to the restaurant was cool as it made me feel like James Bond in Skyfall on his way to the floating casino in Macau (easy to see where the inspiration came from). We were shown to one of the restaurant floors. The place...More

I have lived in Hong Kong for 13 years and finally decided to try Jumbo. Wow was I disappointed. There are so many excellent restaurants in HK and I have to say this was far from that. We had a set menu and the food...More

I do not recommend you to try at this restaurant. Not value for money. There are other choices of sea food restaurants. You can just have a look outside and take a picture from a distance.
