I went with my wife for a dinner date, more than anything else, it was a wasted evening because of low quality food.

I have visited Jashan several times and the food, service and ambience has always been very good. The taste of the spices is just right for you to enjoy the flavour of each dish.

I always like to have lunch at Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine, wonderful dishes such as the chicken tikka and prawn masala.

We had the south Indian Lamb curry and mild curry prawn, with the butter naans made a suitable match.

Really good Indian food. Sometimes a little greasy, but overall the food is very good. Decent environment and many tables. Friendly servers. Lunch buffet is excellent!

We went for the lunch buffet and it was good. I've had better Indian food but it was decent. The price is a bit high but considering you can eat as much as you want it's not bad. We ate so much we weren't hungry for supper.

Great dinner... But recently did the lunch buffet. Come hungry! It's very generous in variety of flavours. For dinner we usually get the okra, biryanis, etc which are excellent.

Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
