Together with my family from Hong Kong we visited Tung Kee and had the most delicious seafood dinner ever. Enjoying the freshness of the fish and the fun of the fishtanks with beautiful fish, crabs and lobster, I highly recommend visiting Tung Kee!

I from Singapore and go there hope to get fresh seafood and tasteful dishes. My wife was with me and by chance we bought a 150g live fish. and the fisher man told us that the restaurant will cook for us with HK50 labour charge. But to my surprise the restaurant also charge us those live seafood (prawn and crayfish)... More

According to my friend, who lives in Sai Kung, this is one of the best spots for a seafood meal. We ordered one of their set meals and we weren't disappointed with the variety. You can order off the menu, or a set meal, which comes out considerably cheaper. Our set menu for two included fried squid, mantis shrimp, a... More

Took my friend from Australia here for dinner. She enjoyed picking seafood from the fish tank. Food is fresh and cooking is delicious. We had a fish, shell fish, steam prawns and lobster and a bottle of white wine and a dish of broccoli for HK$1409. Not bad at all. The place is not crowded on a saturday night.

During my stay close to Sai Kung I had dinner twice at this sea food restaurant. The fish is of course fresh and prepared very well. I was by myself so I could of course not try many things. The portions such as vegetables and other things are more focused on bigger parties. But if you just order a fresh... More

After walking along the pier twice, we finally decided to experience the seafood here. First you choose what you want to eat then decide how you want it to be cooked. Not all the waitresses spoke English here. Our waitress spoke good English and very helpful. The table was cleared very quick as soon as the 'shells' were mounting up.

We had lunch at this restaurant it seek refuge from the rains. Had the set menu - food was average but portions were way too much for a menu for 2 pax. You'll end up paying more for food which you are forced to waste. Waitress at the restaurant wanted to charge us when we asked for more cut chili... More

I went to Sai Kung after reading another members review on H.K. Well worth the visit. After much pondering about where to eat we decided to eat at Tung Kee on the waterfront. We decided on the set menu. This is the best value for money as otherwise its very expensive. We found Janet Ma (Manager) to be friendly and... More

I went here multiple times over three weeks. Because they serve fresh seafood that you basically pick out, it depends on the quality of the catch (not the freshness per se--it is always fresh... but in terms of size and flavor). Sometimes, the food was great and sometimes, not so much. For example, one time, the scallops were large and... More
