The English Tearoom was the least favourite of my Beijing eateries. Although set out to resemble an English tearoom it failed to impress me both with its choice of menu and service. The cottage pie I had tasted ok but was just sloppy meat base, which looked just like the kids spaghetti bol on next table but with mashed potato... More

This is a great place for brunch or lunch. The menu has some refreshingly different choices, including healthy options that kids will actually eat. The play area is reasonably well equipped, could be restocked a bit but ok if you don't come too often. A little tricky to find but worth it.

Could be so much better, The concept is great but the execution is not, I have given this place at least three tries in the hope that it was just a one off-average day they were having, but sadly no. It needs someone who actually has worked in the food service industry and understands western practice to run it- or... More

Great place to eat in the shunyi area. The food is as authentic as you will find and the price is on par with the quality. The cooked breakfast is really nice and Tom said the fresh juice was lovely. Popeye power.

We came here to relax while waiting for church. The fruit juices are tasty. The fish and chips looks wonderful and tastes good. Over all a good experience.
