Nice place for a quick meal with very fast service. Meal was fresh and the sitting arrangement was perfect. Good for family outing

With customers becoming increasingly concerned about their cleanliness should be on the forefront but obviously not at Java House Nyali center . Scruffy and unkept nothing is inviting to what could be a busy and popular place. Most uncomfortable seating coupled with unwelcoming and obviously...poorly or not at all trained staff is not in line with usual Kenyan hospitality. Cost cutting is obviously backfiring and so is the quality of food. Only WIFI and coffee are still ok otherwise shape up or shape out!More

Me and some co workers went here for lunch, what a great find! They have Ice Tea! Did not think I would get Ice Tea in Africa but they came thru! Great prices, friendly service! Ok so they Mexican foods not quite real Mexican food...but damn if it isn’t a good stand in! Can’t wait to try Breakfast. So go and try it out, if you don’t dig it send your hate mail to me. We visited Java Mombasa for breakfast and its a shame the service and quality of food is below standard. Firstly they didn't have avocados which in a country known for producing avocados is quite shocking. We ordered the poached eggs on toast hoping for a...runny yolk, but those eggs were horrible. It was made worse by the fact we waited an hour for our food and drinks to arrive. Also the amount of flies hovering around was really annoying. It's like they don't clean the place. Hopefully they improve because java elsewhere delivers a much better standard.More

Generous portions and good fare. Enjoyed the meal although the service was quite slow but the staff were pleasant.

We have been to Java twice. The quality of food and beverages is not up to par unlike Java,Nairobi. It's disappointing to experience such below average standards while excellent in Nairobi. Purpose of reviews are hopes that these establishments will improve with feedback.

Poor service delivery and more training required for some servers, we experienced bad service and incompetence from the waitress who served us. It took 45mins for a burger with fries to reach our table, the smoothies were really thick we had to return them to...be redone. The waitress is poor in communication and lacks product knowledge she seemed lazy and the manager on duty was not any better. You need more managers that are problem solvers and not mere robots. I suggest product knowledge training as well as communication skills training for servers and problem solving techniques for the manager at this branch. Outta 10....it’s a 0.5/10 for this eatery.More
