We were planning to come here for our first meal in Seoul but they were closed as we arrived, so we ended up having our first breakfast here instead. Location is pretty easy to find, close to Myeongdong area / 5-10 mins away from Euljiro 1 station (Subway #2). They serve only 1 thing and that is fish soup with... More

One of my Korean friends introduced me to this place. I guess it's a fast-food Korean in the sense that it's fast, but not in the sense that you want to avoid fast food. There was a line when we got there, but we didn't have to wait long. The place was packed, and they seated us with strangers. Now,... More

This place serves the traditional Korean breakfast with dried fish soup + rice + kimchi. It's popular with locals. The portion is big and I didn't have lunch that day. I like the taste tho I find the soup a little salty.

After left my luggage at the hotel, i had decided to find this place for lunch time but surprisingly, it opens from 7am. Even at 9am, queue is quite long already. And it should be great to have hot fish soup in the cold morning. They serve only the soup, so dont worry about reading korean, unless you would like... More

Number 3 in trip advisor is something. Worth the wait and the simple one type of food is superb. Waiting time around 15 mins. 7000 per pax is worth it. Our group of 14 took some time to get it but enjoyed it nonetheless.

Went for dinner to this restaurant based on the proximity to my hotel and the high ranking on tripadvisor. I did not know what i was going to get - there are no menus. I was shown to a table and within seconds i had a steamy bowl of soup (fish), rice and various bowls of kimchi and other vegetables.... More

Koreans enjoy pollack soup especially while hangover. Here's best pollack soup in Seoul, no doubt. Further you can request more soup&rice for free!

I try this restaurant with high expectation since I like fish soup (Bugeohaejangguk). I arrived around 1 pm, so the restaurant is not too crowded. Sorry to say, but I'm a little bit disapointed. The soup is too plain, and the fish meat is just too thin. The good thing is the level of service. The waiter explained the ingredients... More
