Ate here on our first night. Ordered the seafood platter which was expensive even by Australian standards and only just ok. The Lobster was overcooked, the prawns were crumbed and a bit 'floury'. I would not recommend this dish. Its a lovely setting with really friendly staff and good service. Other dishes on the menu may have been better but... More

I went here with a couple of friends for a low key 50th birthday dinner and it was wonderful. The staff went out of their way to decorate our table and sing happy birthday and the food was delicious and the wine choices were good. Simple, tasty, casual elegance overlooking the lagoon. Really cute little place for a upscale meal.

We arrived on a Thursday evening. The specials board listed coconut crab, lobster and seafood platter. We were seated and given menus. We were told the specials as above. We asked what fish was on for fish & chips. Poulet was the answer, great we like poulet. Oh and there's a special pan-sized poulet too. How's it cooked? Fried. What... More

Dear PVMarg I was sorry to read of your dissapointment last night. It is correct that last night we we unable to prepare a green salad due to there being an unexplainable shortage of lettuce in port vila over the last few days. We did however have other salad available apart from green salad and i am sorry that that... More

As the start point for Parasailing and the Glass Bottom Boat, you get to sit on the water edge, with great staff who made you feel super welcome. The food was delicious! Went back a few times when was in town.

I found nothing above average with this restaurant. The food was a little on the pricey side but nothing memorable about the taste. I had the steak and kidney pie and found it just average.

The place has basic food but expensive prices. Also lots of mosquitos there. Very slow at getting your food out.

So convenient to our island stay, this cute little cafe sits on the water in an unassuming locale of Port Villa. Beautiful French/European ambience transports you beyond Vanuatu. Warm, authentic service and very good food. Loved our mains of fish and couscous but the sautéed vegetables as a side were just sensational. Great spot to just and while away some... More

Walked past Le Cafe du Village a number of times noticing the specials board before going in. I was sort of confused about entering a cafe through a walkway between a hairdresser & a Thai massage place but wow, what a great place when we finally entered. A little hidden treasure on the water facing Iririki island & the gorgeous... More
