We celebrated our last night at this charming restaurant. I especially appreciate that the French are the only ones who know how to cook "blue" steak!

It was to be our last meal in Noumea after a hectic few days. We climbed the stairs and sat down. It was a very airy place, nothing flash. The food was the same - nothing flash. I did not enjoy the lamb with a special sauce - it was on the daily specials list. But I can say that... More

Food is of a reasonable quality and probably reasonably priced by local standards. Staff are friendly and food is served promptly and efficiently. However somewhat annoying is that staff can be overly efficient, over keen to remove food and drink items from your table and attend to your needs. On a recent visit I was asked to respond to a... I have dinner there every time I'm in Noumea. The menu changes daily, the service is very good. Prices are not high ( by local standards !). They do not serve any fancy or ethnic food, but they use lots of local ingredients, e.g deer. Conveniently located within a short walk from the Nouvata and Ramada, Hilton hotels, as well... More

We went here because our 1st choice of restaurant had NO white wine & we are glad we did. We both enjoyed the beef with Normande sauce & the service was great.

Our last night in Noumea so we wanted some good value and nice food to remember. This is a bistro style and it is well priced and has a good range of food. Some restaurants in Noumea are poor value (they think tourists can be bled) but this restaurant was great. The menu was comprehensive and wine list not overpriced.... More

We went here our first night in town as it was late and other places were full on Saturday night or closing. The location is right across form the beach in Anse Vata and you get nice views from the 2nd floor location. Service was only fair and they did not have my first choice of main dish that night.... On our last night in Nouema we enjoyed a great dinner at Le Bilboquet, together with a great bottle of bougelet nouveau. Service was friendly and helpful, our meal was delicious, as we watched the world go by from this upstairs restaurant.

Started the day here on a couple of occasions. Nice combo of French and Aussie breakfast got me set up for some walking.

Quality has lowered. Fish of the day slices were thinner than at a fastfood, and sauce uponit like tasted precooked ordinary industrial food. Desserts are just ordinary And service is a mess Was much better some months ago
