Apparently 'Zus&Zo' in the local Sranantongo means just 'So and So'. Well to eat here is more than that. Just across the Palmentuin it has a nice and relaxed outdoor area. Staff is friendly. For me it was a chance to try the local fish 'Kandratiki', which in Dutch is also called 'Groene Vis' (green fish). I had seen this... More

Zus and Zo is the place to go, when you don't know where else to go. The place is nice, it always have people and the food and drinks are average and average priced. The service differs depending on whos working the day you visit.

Zus & Zo is the place to be if you want to have a casual breakfast or lunch with friends or family. Even a business lunch would benefit from the relaxed, simple yet very good ambience. Also try out their different fruit juices.

One of the more famous places to eat in Paramaribo. It can be busy at dinner time. Nice and very well priced menu. Sitting in a garden with sometimes live performances.

Zus en zo has a very relaxed atmosphere. They take their time to prepare your food. But that is for the quality and the way they stand in live. It not a high end kitchen but you will feel very at ease when you lunch here. Next to the PalmGardens it is easy to find

Zus&Zo has very tasty food and a good selection of different drinks. The seating is open air, especially nice in the evenings. Staff is friendly. During my stay in Paramaribo it was my 'go-to place' in the evening, just to relax.

My husband and I went to Zus & Zo without any knowledge of the type of cuisine they serve. We did have certain expectations for the food to be delicious and it was above that expectation. The only downer was that the cocktails that we ordered had lot's of chunks in it. For example my husband's pina colada had pieces... More

I revisited Zus en zo for lunch after having had diner there. Not only the choice in food is different, with of course a lunch and diner menu, but the atmosphere is different too. The tables with artistic patterns are the same, but look more youthful in the sunlight. In the evening this place has a bit more classy look.... More

During our stay in Paramaribo, we went to Zus & Zo several times. The restaurant has good soups and finger food, sandwiches... and good drinks! I particularly liked the Borgoe sour cocktail and homemade ice tea :D
