Went for a meeting with two longstanding Paceno friends and colleagues. Good range of dishes, served with well-made sauces and attractively presented. Dessert very good and not overpowering. Wine chosen by one of my local colleagues mediocre and grossly over-priced.

Very good value for money restaurant. Charming owner Paul and obliging staff. Recommended. Trout from Lake Titicaca was very good.

My wife had the kingfish from Lake Titicaca which came smothered in a lemon butter sauce that overwhelmed the fish. I had a very mediocre Wienner Schnitzel with underdone boiled potatoes.

The restaurant is obviously very popular with elite locals, who dress up in Sunday best. The décor is old German, very dated – and the menu is the same. The portions are huge : we ordered and got a massive chicken breast, which came cooked bone-dry with dry chips / and pork cutlets (you get 2 large - equally cooked... More

One of the BEST restaurant in La Paz and this for many years! The service is impeccable, the food absolutely delicious! I especially like their trout and pork knuckles dishes!!! The menu is extensive and prepare yourself for a great culinary experience... Definitely a place to visit while in La Paz.!!!!

The establishment was clean and the food acceptable but the whole place just felt tired. It needed a make over. However I enjoyed a goat's cheese salad followed by kingfish. The highlight was definitely the talented pianist that played throughout our meal. Locals were other diners - a good sign!

After more than a month of mostly South American food we were looking forward to some European style food. The ambience of the place is pretty classic Vienese. Classical music in the background. The service is excellent. Food is not bad - however if you are German or Austrian you are likely to be disappointed. Sauerkraut and Weißwurst are simply... More

Overtime I go to this restaurant I leave with no disappointments. The service, the ambiance and the food is wonderful. This time I tried the riñoncitos (kidneys) and were fabulous.

We went to the Vienna after reading reviews in the Rough Guide and on Trip Advisor and were not disappointed. Felt a bit underdressed walking in as the place was very smart, but it certainly wasn't a problem - we were welcomed enthusiastically. The service was polite and attentive, the menu varied, and the food pretty good. It felt like... More
