Rainbow street or Abu Bakr as Siddiq Street...It is very versatile place. Has terrace, from where you can have a view of Citadel of Amman, also is a terrace inside without view, place for smokers... and place for non smokers... Friendly waiters... The drink and cookies taste just grate.

I like the Cafe Jara. It has lovely views of Amman and is in one of the best locations in town. There's two places to sit, one with chairs and big sweeping umbrellas and one with a roof with benches and pillows. The food isn't anything to write home about, but it isn't bad either. Stay for tea or coffee... More

This is an ideal place to enjoy the hilly sights of Amman. It has many seating levels and has a cosy feel to it. Sheesha is available and it is fairly priced. I would go there again just for the views it offers during sunset.

Reasonable prices and food is ok. We went there a couple of times to eat something and have coffee and shisha. Sometimes the TV sound was too loud and if you don't lime smokey places don't go there.

Looking for a good coffee with a nice view of the citadel? Found it! The view here is amazing! From the outdoor seating area, you can see the citadel & the giant flag pole. The coffee was really good, fairly cheap... Until the taxes got added to the bill (16% + something written in Arabic). Overall though, it was a... More

Had dinner whilst the sun went down and this was a lovely place to do it. Food was fine and service efficient and friendly. Good mix of locals and tourists. We just wandered down Rainbow St and chose this place after looking at a couple of other places and menus. The setting and views were the reason we chose here... More

I tried two chicken dishes and both were great. Food was probably slightly over priced though. Service was fast and the location was convenient.

this cafe takes you back to the good old days of Jordan and the Levant region as a whole. in addition to the traditonal drinks and shushah or water pipe, you can also order good food at reasonable prices.
