It should not be called lebanese food. Food is not fresh at all. It is like frozen for days. You end up paying very high bill for a bad food experience. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. No wonder on that experience since the restaurant is inside intercontinental jordan hotel...

If you love arabic mashawi and want to have a good time with a little bit of Arak then Burj Al Hamam is one of the good places for you to visit while in Amman. It is at the intercontinental hotel in the middle of the city past the 3rd circle.

we keep returning to this restaurant for its high quality food and superb service. We get treated like family and the waiters are well trained and experienced. We were fortunate to have a new captain this time by the name of Udai who helped us with our other captain, Ghanim. (Udai was transferred from next door Mexican restaurant). How can... More

We called in for a late lunch on NY day. At 3:30pm the restaurant was booming with customers. We were kindly shown to a table especially prepared for us. We ordered a range of Lebanese dips - humous, moutabel, and fatoush salad, spinach pies, kebbe, and assorted bits. Of course the lemon mint drink as well. The food and drink... More

Luxurious ambience, professional staff, great Shisha but on top of all is "the food". The best Lebanese food I have ever tried in my life time. Every bite is an experience. We got there among a group of 8, table was ready and set up was very inviting. The cold mezzeh was waiting for us and I immediately helped myself... More

We were part of a group of 25 that stopped for the night in Amman. Reservations were made for us at the Burj Al Hamam, so they were ready for us. The service was great, the food fabulously delicious. Unfortunately, there were smokers in the restaurant and my wife and I had to leave before the meal was finished. An... More

Though there are many places around the city that share the same type of dishes ,yet here its served with elegance. The food taste is superb & tasty. The skewers are from good cuts & enjoyable. I recommend that for a party of 4 & more to go for ordering more on Maza to enjoy the variety of dishes &... More

When traveling, we like to try a different restaurant every night. But we had dinner at Burj Al Hamam the 3 nights we were in Amman, that's how good it is. We loved the Lebanese food, the great staff and nargileh !
