The restaurant is located in the middle of a beautiful area of Tel Aviv.

Unfortunately, every time we order food to pick up they forget one dish.
When I called to get credit, they didn't apologize or offer any Compensation, but it took like five hours to get them to do the credit.

The style, the decoration, weiters with white, small tables but heres its ended.
Salad was poor nice plat with leaves and dress for approx 18$ without even bread.

We had a fantastic meal at Cafe Noir. All of the starters were simply amazing. The mains were also very good, but the starters all were very memorable.
Amazing food, lovely choice on the menu, good size portions, food came very quickly ,amazing desserts, service excellent. Will definitely return and highly recommended.
We had a good meal at this restaurant located between Rothschild Boulevard and Neve Tzedek. We ordered the calamari in tomato sauce, a pasta dish, the lamb kebab, and the salmon. Everything was good. They also have good desserts. Service was fine.

don't think so. Place doesn't look to me as the most appropriate restaurant for this kind of event but it is worth contacting them. Cafe Noir is really a nice place
