Prices may be fine dining but it's totally casual. This is the only place we visited twice during our 2 week stint. The meat was super delish! I got the lamb and i'm not a real meat person but the lamb was well done as in it tasted fabulous. The cook is doing things right. The service can sometimes be... More

We had a quick lunch due to some hungry children :) Very nice service, the food was tasty, so the cook at the grill knows what he is doing. The menu is not that impressive, especially when you serve a Rib-Eye instead of an Entrecote

The meat is very good. I am a hearty meat eater and like to compare the options. This one is good indeed. The major drawback is the price. You can't really expect great food for no money (there are exceptions, but still), so bear that in mind while visiting the place. Oh, and mind you, the boulevard is mostly spelled... More

I’ve eaten in Meat Bar many times, and I think the reason for that is that you always know what you are going to get. The appetizers are almost as good as the mains, mainly the Baladi eggplant and Carpaccio of Beef fillet. On the mains, it depends on the cuts available, but always ask for the cream sauce on... A true meat place for meat lovers. Burgers, steaks all very good. Had a fillet with salat, can't do better for a quick lunch.

Sat for early dinner with a friend in MeatBar. We ordered the sausages and a 550g Porterhouse Steak. The steak was delicious and tender, suggesting that the kitchen definately know their meat. Service was polite and helpful, and our dishes arrived fairly quickly. Quality comes at a price, and MeatBar price their steaks at a premium. Will only consider for... More

One of the best places for stakes and other meats in Tel Aviv. The disadvantages- portions are generally small and pricey. Parking is not easy- so plan ahead, Service is good as well the nice bar.

I'd been here many years ago, but the gourmet kids decided that they needed meat, we were in the area, and my (albeit dodgy) memory kicked in. And I have to report that it was disappointing - the meat was fine, the side orders likewise, the service pleasant enough, but overall it was really nothing special... and especially not for... We came when the restaurant was relatively empty. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get the food. Very disappointing. By the time the food came we were all full on bread.....

When in Israel this place is a must. Israeli's and particularly Tel Aviv's dining scene has been getting better and better and competition is through the roof. The Meat Bar has been around for years and always ahead of the curve. They offer the best steaks in Israel and are popular with locals and smart travellers alike. I particularly like... More
