I walked into the restaurant in a Friday night (shabbat) without a reservation. Fortunately, they had an hour free to fit me in. They were conscientious regarding by gluten intolerance and I had a wonderful meal of their complimentary appetizers and grilled calamari served with potatoes add a glass of wine for 115 shekkels (€26). The appetizers were so good... More

Enjoyable time here. Definitely worth a visit. Good calamari and pretty decent pasta (the second time around. First order was average). Chicken a bit tough in my opinion and could be improved. Bread was warm and sumptuous. Service was good as well. Overall a pleasant experience.

It's hard not to love this neighborhood gem. At the moment one sits down, 10 little bowls of tasty samples are brought to table, along with warm, fresh pita bread. The service was excellent. Our waitress, Shir paid just the right amount of attention to us. She suggested a great wine to accompany our meal. The food was fine -... More

Dolphin Yam was the last stop on my stay in Jerusalem, which sealed that portion of the trip with happy memories. Overall it was an excellent dining experience. I let the waiter know that I had two hours to dine, and he had no problem allowing me to take my time, drink a few glasses of wine while noshing on... More

Fortuitously discovered it was open on Shabbat. Restaurant has been in Jerusalem I think for about 40 years, relocated to this trendy city center restaurant/bar area. Our seafood dinners were absolutely delicious, salad too, dessert that is specialty of the restaurant was uniquely yummy. All staff were wonderful. Seems popular with energetic local diners, but not noisy at all.

People don't come there to save mony but to get good value for their mony. Since the restaurant is not cheap (not very expensive though) you may understand that the food is execellent and the service is even better. We came with two kids (1 and 5 years old), and the place became full during the meal, they helped us... More
