On a cold night we sat outside with heaters. An excellent lasagna warmed us up. I enjoyed a tasty draft beer from Taibe. Very casual crowd we're relaxing at this laid back cafe.

Found this cozy place by accident. They've got delicious healthy homemade food and a nice atmosphere. The price/quality is excellent and I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Great coffee and breakfast, cool atmosphere. The omelette was perfect and fresh. The oatmeal with goat milk yogurt was Devine. The carpets and seating gives a great feeling. Cleary locals love this place, many were recognized by the server.

I'm just emerging from my food coma to write about the most delicious lasagne I've ever tasted. Completely different; with carrots, mushrooms, artichoke (?) and slivered almonds; the only thing it had in common with regular lasagne was the pasta sheets.... which was delicate & tasty...... O.M.G... YUM!!!! It was a HUGE serving as well & i should have stopped... More

The place has many salads and sandwiches on offer. It also has pastas. The food is good but very expensive. It is good to people watch here, there is an interesting crowd of young people sitting outside. The place is small but there is usually a table for anyone looking for one.

I think this cafe must compete with the Sigmund across the road for the slowest service in the world. Also, the toilet has fascinating reading material glued to the walls so people tend not to vacate it. Seriously. It also tends to be too cold here, for some reason, whatever the time of year. HOWEVER, if you don't urgently need... More

Every time I was there the food was wonderful. Especially the croc madam/monsieur. How ever you must beware the excruciating long wait.

I visited the restaurant with some friends during my last vacation in Israel. I ordered a dish with tofu, vegetables and potatoes. The thing I received on my plate looked like leftovers someone collected from the trash. It came of course with leftovers of dry bread. It was horrible, I could not eat it. My standard in food is really... More

Somewhere between restaurant and café, between small and big (but rather small than big), very friendly place, where I forget that I'm in Jerusalem - it's another world, with special meal - yesterday I tried the chestnut risotto (with white wine, cheese and what else) and a couple of weeks ago I had miso soup, they always have quiche, and... I've been to this place 2-3 time just for it's crock madame although I am sure it has many other dishes (my wife always takes something else which is also nice). It's a great friendly local place for breakfast, brunches or lunches - I've never been here later than that. Highly recommended.
