Came for breakfast, menu was different and delicious. The place is small so can get crowded quickly, wouldn't come there with a big family because we would get in the face of the other guests. For a yummy quiet breakfast or coffee- great place!

I' ve been with my family, they weren't speaking english, and in General the service was very unpolite, not helping at all US with our little doughter, the place was cold and the pasta fettuccine was terrible. Never again

I have dined at Kalo countless times and was very pleased...my last 3 experiences were poor. For example, the green burger salad...the patties were obviously previously frozen and not reheated appropriately...they were cold in the middle/soggy and they were not crisped up in a pan...the greens were not fresh, there were actual rotting pieces of greens mixed in... The Quinoa... More

I've been to Kalo many times and usually enjoy myself. Their breakfasts are especially good and different from the standard fair. Last night the restaurant was crowded and there was only 1 waiter to take on the crowd....as such service was slow. We were seated next to the door and froze every time someone went in or out. The menu... More

A relative who lives in the neighborhood recommended this restaurant and this choice of the Boker M'funak for a nice breakfast. The huge spread for two included eggs each, breads, salads, spreads, cheese, olives, juice, and coffee. Service was great. It was nice to sit outside (except maybe when the bus stopped every 15 minutes in front of us), except... More

I'm a big fan of salads, but most restaurants offer the same boring items. At Kalo, I enjoyed a wide selection of salads that were interesting and filling. Service was a little slow, but it's a small place and a favorite with locals.
