What a find, in the heart of Jerusalem. Amazing soup, kube- a type of meat filled matzoh ball in homemade soups. We tried 2 of them and both delicious! The hummus with mixed grill was the best I ever had and I have tried many. My husband ordered the Moroccan fish, one of the specials. I make it at home... More

We are here recently and the experience wasn't particularly good. Nor was it a cheap-eat. The meal took a long time to come out. I ordered the chicken breast. The chicken was cooked well but the salad was sub par (old tomato etc). The rice hadn't finished cooking by the time our food was served so we were served that... More

This is a cross between a café and restaurant. The food we had was great, very yummy pasta and soup. The staff - Ben, Barrack and Shlomi were really attentive and gave great service. Very nice and good value.

We went there 2 days. First time they told us the kitchen was saturated and they couldn't take in more costumers (and there were empty tables). We came back later as recommended at our hostel. Food was ok but expensive. We had pumpkin balls and rice with mushroom. Nothing spectacular. Actually written in the menu seems more impressive. Second time... More

Ok - this place is NOT fancy and the walls need to be re-plastered - but it's so delicious. I loved the food. We had lamb - it was so great.

Looking for somewhere to have a nice meal on our last night in Jerusalem. On the basis of TripAdvisor ratings we attended Alma tonight. There was a dog in there. This is not a restaurant, it's a cafe. Walked straight on by. Not everyone is a backpacker.

Food was just ok. Service just ok. I would say go if you don t expect anything else but ok food. It looked pretty clean though.

We had the stewed beef with vegetables. Hot served, tasty, meat was good. Good portion, the side dishes (salad and frites) were okay. The service was good, we were offered a free drink by the friendly manager, Barak Ben Hacoon. Overall good experience. One advice; play better music (for example traditional or popular israeli music) in stead of a Justin... More

This place was great. Their manager Barack Ben Hacoon was great to us. We enjoyed their food and even went back twice in our stay. If you plan to sit, relax and eat you should go there and try the Denisse fish. I enclose some pics
