The atmosphere is great, with a diverse and upscale international crowd - this place ain't cheap, but you'll certainly get your money's worth. Selection is good and cover many different types of cuisine. Beef Stroganoff is especially recommended. The dessert plate is fantastic (and way better than a plate!)

We wanted a nice night out for dinner on a Saturday night and picked this one based on the various positive reviews. The ambience is contemporary and relaxed, with welcoming staff. It was a menu that did not display any regional staples or any imaginative items. Coming all the way from London and considering menu items such as Burgers, Seabass,... More

Chakra is a solid dining experience. The reviews on Trip Advisor reflect this honestly. We chose to sit at a high-top table in the bar area. It proved to be a good choice. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The wine list was impressive, and our ultimate selection - a Pasqua Amarone - was the perfect pairing with our steaks.... More

The food, unless you get the tasting menu I presume, was really mediocre for a restaurant with great reviews and high prices. We were thinking about getting the tasting menu but because we were informed that there was raw fish in the menu, we decided not to and I guess that made a huge difference. The appetizer was good, though.

The atmosphere is romantic, the first dishes that we liked : focaccia, beet with mozzarella, spicy tuna. We recommend on the ribeye for the main course. There is a wide variety of good 🍷. The coffee is excellent. For dessert the crème brulee was delicious!! The service was adequate. You should make reservations for this restaurant.

We visited Chakra for a dinner. The place, the food and the service were very good. The prices are above average but it seems you get value for money. We choose the Tasting menu ( 265 NIS for each) to receive an idea about the kitchen abilities. Different kinds of dishes were served: vegies, fish, sea food and meat. The deserts... More

The Chakra is a non-kosher restaurant in the city centre (not the old city). My wife and I felt adventurous and had the Tasting Menu (NIS 265 p.p.), and what a tasting experience it was. We went more or less through the entire menu and not a single dish disappointed. The wine recommended by the excellent waitress was great and... More

Nice sophisticated atmosphere. Good place for vegetarians. We had wonderful onion soup, excellent asparagus and great risotto with mushrooms. The service was friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

This is a great spot not far from the King David Hotel. The menu is generally Mediterranean, with some eclectic twists. The schnitzel was excellent! There is also a wide wine selection. The service also was very good. Put this one on your list!
