You can find delicious dishes with an inexpensive cost and Turkish owners hospitality. This restaurant just in the center is a great opportunity to taste local Turkish food.

This is the place to go in Selcuk for exceptional home cooked Turkish food served in a pleasant outdoor courtyard. Great for lunch. Don't miss this wonderful little eatery!

We decided to eat here after seeing the owner feeding the stray cats by the ruined aqueduct, and I am very glad we did. The people were very friendly and hospitable and the food was delicious, it quickly became our favourite restaurant. I got the feeling that this was one of the few places that catered more for local people... More

A lovely down-home Turkish cafe/restaurant. We were staying close by and the local families eating and working here never failed to smile and wave as we went by. Then, I saw the owner putting cat food out for the local strays and, as cat lovers, we decided to stop by at the next opportunity. The food is very homely, beautiful... More

We liked the look of the place and decided to have our lunch here. And we did not regret it! This was the best home cooked food we have had while in Turkey. The lunch buffet is huge, with a choice of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. A hearty meal that is also cheap and seemed like a favourite with... More

What a great find! We were looking for traditional home cooked Turkish food, and found a terrific little restaurant (surrounded by more European restaurants and bars). We ordered a number of dishes and each one was excellent - chicken casserole with rice, beans / fasoulia (that can be eaten as a soup), fried zucchini, meat borek. And there were so... More

This area has a bunch of tourist trap restaurants, but this one feels much more authentic. We went there 3 times during our stay in Selcuk, and every time it's usually filled with locals, which is exactly what I look for when I visit new cities.

Although it seems very humble, the kitchen is extraordinary! The "borek", fried eggplant with tomato sauce, the fumed eggplant salat with yoghurt, and all the main dishes such as kofte, kebab, steamed fish are marvelous. I strongly recommend this place.

Had dinner and lunch here. The food was not very costly and the service was fast. Its location is excellent as you can have a view of the aqueduct and the storks nesting while sipping your beer. I did like their fried sardines quite a lot
