Afterwork place for locals who work or live nearby. Ambiance is cool and staff is very friendly. Beers and food are a bit pricey, but worths it as the place brews its own beer. You won't regret.

As the only brewery in Istanbul that I know of, it was a relaxing and fun place to chill for a couple hours. The owners and bartenders are very friendly and eager to talk about their beers. The food isn't great though; skip that part and stick to drinking.

Nice place to sit outside and choose from a wide selection of beers. Food was ok to compliment the drinks, but for me it's more of a place to sample the alcohol than really go especially for dinner. Sandwiched between 2 busy roads but still very nice garden feel to the terrace

Came here looking for a change beer-wise from the standard Efes elsewhere, and I have to say their craft beers were pretty good, especially the doppelbock, but a bit overpriced at about $11/glass. Don't recommend the food though, had the driest blandest schnitzel I've ever had in my life. So go only if you're willing to splurge on beer, but... More

As a beer lover, I usually seeking out craft beer establishments in my global travels... Being in Istanbul this past week I made a point of searching out the "BBC"...and it was easy to find...just a short walk from the Gayrettepe Metro station. All the beer offerings were up to par...I tried the '81 and their IPA...both were Yummy! As... More

I know you are kind of suspicious about finding a microbrewery in İstanbul. Beleive me this would be your only and last chance to taste. Just skip the food and focus on Real fresh Ales they make. Thank you Hüseyin for the good Ales you make. Simply try it...

Staying in Sisli

Neighbourhood Profile
For much of Istanbul’s history, Sisli and the area just north of Taksim Square were open countryside used mostly as hunting grounds. These days, Sisli and its chic streets are considered the very heart of contemporary Istanbuli life, where an epicenter of fashion and a thriving business district meet to create an expressly “downtown” feel. Though largely a residential neighborhood, luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and upscale shops abound with many of them situated inside or nearby Cevahir Istanbul, the biggest shopping mall in Europe and second biggest urban shopping mall in the world. Shopaholics and fashionistas travel from near and far to browse the area's mix of major global brand items and creations by popular Turkish designers.
