One of the bests around taksim. Highly recomended. All kebabs and appetizers are yummy. And they serve a very fresh ayran. Prices are normal comparing with others around.

One of the best kebap I ever tried in Istanbul. Very juicy and fresh. Complimentary starter was an add on together with a warm service. Will highly recommend.

It's a restaurant I cannot stop visiting whenever I go to Istanbul. Two minutes off Istiklal, the city's main commercial, pedestrian street and tucked in a sweet corner, it's the place where even locals flock in order to enjoy pure Turkish food. Fast and efficient service, lovely dishes -my fav being Adana Kebab!- and nice atmosphere, make it the perfect... More

Nice value for money small restaurant off Istiklak Avenue, where mostly locals go. The hotel owner suggested it to us as typical local food and experience and it did meet our requirements. Very cheap choice but at the same time, great food!

Friendly and efficient service. We had the mixed kebab which was very tasty with a good mixture of meats, salad, bulgar wheat (?), and yoghurt.

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighbourhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
