I was recommended this restaurant by hotel staff as a restaurant that is vegetarian-friendly. It is so much more. The quality of the preparation, the attention to detail, and their willingness to bend the menu and offer off-menu items was exceptional. Don't pass up the...More

We first learned how to cook several dishes, then we ate them together. The place is about a 30-minute walk from the spice market in the heart of Sultanahmet. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn how to cook Turkish dishes.
