Downstairs our resto/bar is called The Aviary, upstairs our lounge bar is called Bonobo Bar. We also have a outdoor space The Terrace.

The food and drinks were extremely good and service was excellent 👌🏼! We ordered loaded fries and they gave us the beef separate as requested and the chicken mongolian rice was so tasty and filling. The drinks were superb and Mr.Kavish helped us in selecting what's best for us. He gave us an excellent service overall. Will definitely visit again.

My parents and I went out for a casual evening stroll in search of dinner and found ourselves at Sanctuarii restaurant. The experience turned out to be a delightful one! We started with lentil curry, prawn curry, steamed rice, and cheese naan, which were so delicious that they disappeared from our plates in no time.
Impressed by the flavors, we ordered more—a hearty chicken fried rice accompanied by a refreshing lime juice and a creamy chocolate milkshake, both of which paired perfectly with the meal. To round off this culinary journey, we indulged in a decadent passion fruit cheesecake that was simply divine.
A special mention goes to the impeccable service and hospitality of the staff—Hashini, Saran, and Amjad—who made the experience all the more enjoyable. It was a meal to remember!

The menu has a lot of different drinks. The drinks are great, and the potion sizes are good. The berry kiss and the avocado milk shake (which would be great with a little less sugar) were the ones we tried. For the past three years, the food has always been good. The fish and chips were tasty, fresh, and crispy. The Sanctuarii is a great place to eat during rush hour...

We had a terrible experience at The Sanctuary Restaurant. The food was tasteless and overpriced, honestly made us feel sick after eating. Service was just as bad. Despite only a few tables being occupied, we waited over 15 minutes to place our order and more than 45 minutes to get the food. The staff seemed more interested in chatting and gossiping than serving. One lady in a white shirt eventually helped, but by then we had lost our patience. Horrible food, terrible service. We were so disappointed with every bite and honestly felt sick after eating. disgusting. avoid this place!

The service was really give. Very cozy atmosphere. The food was really good.
Amjad was really helpful.

The food at Sanctuarii never disappoints! Always go for the Fish and Chips! Kaveesh was a great steward who gave great recommendations to the first time customers! Staff is super helpful too!

Has the crisis in this country taken its toll ?
Still the ambiance is good. Inexperienced yet friendly and innocent stewards, not the best though.
Wanted to go Thai. The original steward wasn't knowledgeable of the dishes. Had to sought assistance of a 2nd.
Ordered Steamed rice, we were served bhasmathi not sticky thai rice !
Chicken Green Curry was average but certainly there could have been a little more chicken.
Seafood Red Curry .... a bowl of gravy with 6 cut pieces of guess prawns and calamari. An absolute disgrace and a ripoff.
Veg. stir fry had only carrots, cabbage and white bok choi, nothing green, no beans, no broccoli.
Overall taste was average not great.
Because of the disastrous Seafood Red Curry, we ordered an additional Prawn chili prep. but that wasn't Thai for certain. The steward didn't know and couldn't explain.
Water not served and we had to ask for. Guess its something that could be tolerated.
For dessert we ordered Strawberry Cheese Cake, its more a blancmange not a cheese cake.
We wanted to give a feedback, called an in-charge of the stewards, none were coming, then we called for the manager on duty, never turned up and finally the Executive Chef was passing by and we called him. Chef Jayamanne. He listened and apologetic.
Eventually we paid for all, Rs. 25k + and we wonder whether its worth it.
Never compromise on required standard of quality and quantity of food served to cut costs !
We are airliners, widely travelled and been to so many restaurants in many parts of the world and the overall experience here was below average !

We appreciate the time you’ve taken to review us. We are thankful to have customers that are so dedicated to helping us improve.
Our staff training is continuous to ensure they are well versed on the dishes we serve. I’m sorry if your waiter was a little inexperienced.
Our Thai sticky rice has been unavailable for quite some time, however it is now back in stock. The new staff have been informed to offer this for guests ordering Thai cuisine.
For the seafood curry we have not changed our portion size. It is always 200g of seafood. For a group of 5 large gentleman it is certainly recommended (and perhaps obvious) to order more than 2 curries to share.
Our strawberry cheesecake is a popular homemade dessert, I’m sorry if it’s not to your taste.
I noticed that you have reviewed us on every channel possible. I admire how thoroughly you have worked to ensure everyone is aware of your ‘absolutely disgraceful’ experience.
We will always strive to improve, so we do appreciate you bringing shortfalls to our attention, even if the manner in which you have done it is more damaging than helpful. Thank you.

The food was truly outstanding! Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The service was also excellent, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable meal!

My experience last night:
1. Reserved corner table changed without prior notice -
After visiting, It came to us as a surprise, ruining our family night. Because of a party they changed our table to the middle which has no expected view at all. They should have called us.
2. Although we canceled some items we ordered, after 10 min the waiter brings it in.
3. Take away the food we ordered, they forgot chili-paste.
4. Very high waiting times for everything.
Good:
1. Nice panoramic view
2. Good crowd
3. Good food for the price
I would recommend this place for a couple during less crowded times.
During busy hours I simply think the waiters couldn't handle it or they need some training.

Went there for dinner with some family friends, and had a great time! The ambience of the place is peaceful, and it feels like you've stepped out of the city and into nature itself. The food is amazing, and I highly recommend the cheese toasties and hot butter cuttlefish starters. This is matched by their good customer service.

Amazing ambience and good food. The menu was a bit too extensive to choose from but the food was pretty on point. Big portions and beautiful plating. Amjad was an amazing host, who was very patient with us taking time to choose.

Great ambience and great service. Overall a satisfied customer with more than enough food in the belly and some to take away even. Saran also helped out a lot to clarify our doubts regarding Slash app. Will be coming back!

This will always be a go-to spot for my partner and I. Aesthetic atmosphere - interior decor, music and cleanliness are 10/10.
On to the portions... I guarantee you they are very generous with their portions and there's no doubt that they taste amazing as well!
Finally, the service we get here is top notch - Special shout out to Amjad who served us today. Had a lovely time!

Glad our family came here for dinner tonight. The Nasi Goreng and Southern fried chicken burger are definitely recommendations! We also enjoyed the Tom Yum soup and chicken satay. Mostly we were impressed by the service from Kavish. He went above and beyond to help us and get anything we needed. Will be returning!

This is a great place for family dinner outs. Everything is perfect.
We had a really great time there. Staff was friendly. They have the best Mango sticky Rice who can we absolutely loved. We were served by Amjad and had a good service. This is our fourth time at this place. This place is always in our list whenever we come back to Sri Lanka.
