Sunsetblu Pool Bar is a fantastic spot with a great vibe and amazing music that sets the perfect atmosphere for a fun, relaxing time. The food is absolutely delicious, offering a variety of flavorful options that are well-prepared and satisfying.
The service is top-notch — our waiter was attentive, friendly, and very helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit.
Overall, it’s a perfect place to unwind, enjoy good food, and soak in a lively ambiance. Highly recommended!

This is a great location with a swimming pool restaurant and spa facilities.
Sunset blue is located close to the main railway station in Colombo and close to Galle Face and also the New Port City Marina, Being very close to the main places in the capital city it's amazing that this is so quiet and relaxing location during the day.
In the evenings especially at the weekend there is live music and a great party atmosphere.
The food quality is awesome and the service by the staff amazing.
We were cared for by Kaveesha and his friends who were enthusiastic polite and professional.
Kavee Carefully explained the items on the menu recommended his favourite carbonara. His friend Lakshitha recommended his favourite which was pizza, so actually both of these meals would fit very fine with me.
We also enjoyed some swimming pool time and the lifeguards were professional and attentive the towels were clean fresh smelling and we were treated like royalty.
Sunset blue and the swimming pool are highly recommended, very convenient to most places in Colombo, yet provide a very relaxing and tranquil daytime with lively evening atmosphere.

I recently visited SunsetBlu, and it was an outstanding experience. We went there for drinks, and the cocktails were nothing short of amazing. The food was equally impressive, offering a perfect balance of taste and quality that left us thoroughly satisfied. A special mention goes to our server, Vimantha, who truly made the evening memorable. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the night, ensuring we had everything we needed. Lakshitha service is excellent,the Christmas dinner at here was truly exceptional. The attentive service provided by the staff added warmth to the festive atmosphere. The culinary delights served were not only delectable but also beautifully presented, showcasing the chef's skill. Very nice place thanks to lucky who always helped us and served us very well. Nice staff a lot of space to have dinner or to party. All drinks and food available and you can make your own orders they adapt the menu for you.

Had a really nice lunch here in Colombo when staying. My girlfriend had a tasty pizza and I had the carbonara, both cooked really well and we had great friendly service from Vimantha who was lovely and welcoming and made us feel at home. Thanks a lot :)

An amazing place to spend the evening with friends. Great music, food and drinks and the staff are very supportive and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable at all times. Special thanks to Sanka, Lakshitha, Tuan, Chaminda, Heshan and Rajitha. We visit sunset blu frequently and no doubt it's a wonderful hang out spot and a must visit if you are new to the place.

Spot was great! We didn’t realize it was part of a Hilton hotel but the food and drinks were very good. Specifically the mango slushie (alcoholic, and can’t remember the exact name) was amazing, and the kottu was very flavourful. Ridma was a great server, very attentive and friendly, and I very much appreciated the chatting! He made it an awesome experience!

Great food & even better service. We were entertaining clients and food was coming in quick and hot with drinks served individually to each client by Lakshitha. Would recommend to anyone with a family or a group of guests

Definitely our go-to spot for a very enjoyable Friday night, after a long week of work. Where you get a very nice ambiance and seating area near the DJ/ Band and near the pool. This would be the spot you could come to for all occasions; for a simple dinner with friends, a place to pre-drink before heading out, or even a place to end your night as well. All these occasions are accompanied by great food, and awesome music; ranging from the wide variety of bands that come to play here to a DJ that plays in between and after the band is done. Both of these will meet your music tastes as they go through the eras of music. Moving on to the personnel, I would recommend you find an employee by the name of "Upekshana", who is our go-to contact in any of our needs within the place. You ask him for whatever you need, and he will get it done! All in all a very enjoyable and must visit spot in Colombo

Went on a Friday night for a cozy dinner with few of my friends and have to say the entire experience to views to foods were just 10/10. Highly recommended for those who are looking for places around Colombo bound to hang. The customer service was way friendly, a girl named Anuththara was kind enough to assist us to pick their best dishes as well. Overall it was a great experience.

This is not the first time visiting the pool restaurant at the Hilton and always enjoying the lunch.
Today I had the healthy salad with grilled chicken and chef (Samitha) did an excellent job! The food was delicious.
Lucky is always on hand to make sure that all customers are happy with the food and service! Very very pleasant and does a great job!

Sanura delightfully advised us on food selection and provided us explanation of different dish.
We ordered Coconut prawns, Seafood kottu and Chicken kottu. My Seafood kottu was too spicy for my taste. After notifying staff they were extremly friendly and offered to change it for me. Second time I still couldn’t handle spiciness which they notice and restaurant made fresh dish without spicy ingridients for me.
I’m very happy with their service and both Sanura & Iroshan were exceptionally friendly.
