Night Market is located in the Vientiane city center, next to the Mekong river. There are not many places to buy souvenirs, street food options are limited, they sell mostly cheap clothes and electronics.

Checking the products, eating some local snacks, enjoying the atmosphere... the night market is getting better every year. There are now many goods from Thailand and China. The quality is bad and the price is high. But it is still interesting having a look around.
The street food stalls along the road were OK and many, the open-air restaurant in the market itself was expensive. Nothing to get excited about.
These are food stalls at the night market selling grilled meats, cooked dishes, desserts, fruits and drinks. Quite a big selection but we had already had our dinner. Bought some mangoes and sticky rice to take away.
