We went here for breakfast each morning whilst staying at the hotel and whilst the buffet was good, it was not as good as other breakfast buffets we have had at 5* city hotels elsewhere. Service was very good although we didn't try the cafe for lunch or dinner, so can't comment on their food during these times. If it's... More

Staying st Raffles but breakfast surprised me Have experienced most 5 star hotel breakfasts often bland . Cafe M however had a huge offering but all I tried was fresh and well thought out. Healthy juices apart from the fruit varieties, station made omelette, French toast, pancakes Good quality wholewheat breads and preserves. A pleasant way to start the day!

The breakfast has gone downhill a lot in recent years. It used to be the best in the city. Now it is not worth half the $24 they are charging. The coffee is undrinkable – you can try several different types, they don’t do any coffees well – and this is a city with an outstanding coffee culture. Also tried... More

Tasty food, refined service and unique location in the heart of Historic Phnom Penh. You will feel the essence of Khmer hospitality at breakfast time !

I had an early morning appointment and so I reluctantly left my hotel room just before 7am on 29 August for a quick breakfast at Cafe Monivong. There were quite a number of early birds having their breakfast too, including solo diners from different countries as well as a fairly rowdy and jovial group of Japanese tourists. I thought the... If you are not staying at the hotel, don't bother coming here for breakfast. It is a bit out of the way and rather expensive for what it is offered.

We booked a table of 4 with Panha Sin from sales for their Christmas evening buffet dinner. She did a great job securing this table as due to my location at the time I was not able to send a deposit. The food was very nice. Well made desserts and Christmas fare. Service was impeccable which one would expect at... More

Typical Raffles style. We stopped for lunch on a tour and had a wide range of choice. Each dish was tasty. Good clean food

The place is pretty quiet i.e. not so many people there but the food selection is not extensive especially if you're staying at the hotel for a whole week.

Went there for a business lunch and had the buffet. Was very impressed with the varieties of foods to choose, very fresh, very tasty and delicious. Service, as for the rest of Raffles Hotel, it is very good and friendly.
