The food is up to the standard and fresh . Owner is Japanese . The restaurant decoration is quite simple but elegant .

I ordered the $16.50 Sushi plate. It was good, but was still hungry after I finished. I decided to fill my stomach somewhere else because the prices were not cheap.

Popped in for some lunch while in the capital. We were greeted by an unfriendly waitress who made us feel pretty unwelcome. She was so unfriendly it was almost as if she was angry for some reason. This did appear to just be one waitress however as the other waitress and the manager were very friendly. The food was really... More

Me and mi boyfriend love sushi. We came to this restaurant whit high expectations! The place is beautiful, the details are just the apetizer we need to start a great meal. First of all, the menu have combos and food a la cart. Both options reveal them self very expensive. We like to eat. A lot. So we ask for... More

Origami, is good but still average Japanese Restaurant in Phnom Penh base on quality Japanese food in Phnom Penh. Origami is better ones with sabusabu soup. If compare the fresh food to the other Japanese Restaurant seem is good too.

Paper fold art that what is the theme of the restaurant that I can see on the wall many of this kind of art. The sitting upstairs was so relaxing. Choice of sushi and sashimi was amazing. Tasty grilled saba fish, chicken teriyaki and salad. The fresh fruit juice was lovely. The price was really affordable.

I have read that it is difficult to find good Japanese restaurants in Cambodia and it seems to be true. Origami has a number of set menus at quite high prices. The taste is similar to real Japanese taste but a little lame. The service is on the other hand very good.

There is a lack of quality Japanese food in Phnom Penh in comparison with other major cities. Origami however is probably, for the money, one of the better ones with decent sushi, tempura and other standards. You can go to the Sofitel which isnmore elegant but you will pay three times as much for the same standard of quality. The... More

I went to Origami after reading various reviews. The ambience was good and menu OK. I ordered a selection of food and once it arrived it seemed very lacking. Maki rolls were bland, way too much wasabi and the miso soup was like salted water. I managed my way through the food and then the bill comes. Very expensive for... More
