Found this via Tripadivsor and cannot recommend highly enough. We were in a group of four and we had cocktails, beers and Diet Coke and chose six items form the main menu and the whole lot came to $20! Thats great value by anybody's standards but the quality was Just as good. The morning glory was out of this world,... More

We found Kabbas courtesy of Trip Advisor and weren't disappointed. The food was tasty and fresh while the service was definitely with a smile. We walked from our hotel and although it is on a back Street, found it easily. US$ 23 for 4 beers, a cocktail, 2 entrees, 4 mains and rice! Can't beat the value.

Wow! Taste buds were their happiest at Kabbas. We ate here so often during our stay. So cheap and so good! This is a must eat place. The smiliest happiest owner as well. His smile lights up a room.

Following reading excellent reviews on TripAdvisor we ventured here through a local market near our hotel. The restaurant looked full, but we were given a very friendly welcome by the owner and ushered through to the back where there were seats. Very good food and cheap beer at U$0.50. Walls covered with comments from previous customers - all positive!

We ended up here because the restaurant across was closed. We are very happy it was as this was just amazing. We had khmer salad, peanut beef, sweet and sour pork, and it was absolutely fabulous. Two weeks later we all still compare everything with this place. We wanted to come for dinner too but they were closing early because... More

My wife and I ate here in March with a couple of friends. We'd already eaten at David's restaurant which is next door but we tried Kabbas as it also had great reviews on TA. We all loved the food we had here. Its a nice little Cambodian Restaurant with authentic fresh food. Just how we like them when we... More

I really love Kabbas. The people are lovely and the food is good as are the prices. Sadly the service has not changed. You get so much attention when you arrive up to the point that your meal / drink arrives. After that you are totally ignored. It is almost impossible to get their attention. Getting your bill is very... More

We were told of Kabbas by people in our hostel. A small restaurant with a good atmosphere- the walls covered in hand written reviews and pictures. Service came with a smile and timely. The food was tasty and decent serving sizes. Was reasonably busy during our visit and rightly so. Would recommend a visit and would go again.

Been here 3 times during my stay in Phnom Penh. The food was very good and the staff were so friendly. They recognised me every time I came in and always had the best smiles to welcome you with. The chicken amok & curries are very good.
