Beautiful decor, relaxing atmosphere, clean, and the food was absolutely delicious (we had vegetable lasgna and fried tonle sap fish with lemongrass and capers - were too full for dessert).

The food is delicious with a range of traditional Khmer and western choices. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. Their knowledge of the English language is extremely good. It feels so welcoming and just like going "home".

Dear Jsacrez, I am so terribly sorry to hear about your experience. Having traveled quite a bit through Cambodia, Southeast Asia, and elsewhere in the world, and having gotten food poisoning during my travels as well, I can completely sympathize. However, if as you wrote,...More

Just arrived and dropped into Anise as we had driven by on way to our hotel. It's a beautiful setting out on the deck, under fans, sunk deep into bamboo chairs watching the bustle of Phnom Penh through a screen of foliage. Whiskey Sour was...More

Wholesome and delicious Southeast Asian and Western food served in a lovely and lush garden terrace setting or in-door a/c dining room. The family, returning Cambodians from France and the United States, who owns and manages this restaurant takes pride in creating an atmosphere as close to home as you will find outside of your own dining room. Loyal expatriate following and consistently great reviews from customers. Free wifi.
