5 stars service and delicious food. We've been there to celebrate a birthday and the Manager offered us a glass of champagne plus a delicious dessert. They also have a very efficient online booking system. Highly recommended!

Service is perfect at Open Wine Restaurant: staff is smiling and really professional. The food menu is huge! And so exciting! However, once I received my veal sweetbreads I was really disappointed... not tasty at all and covered by a lot of sauce.. sad! Dessert:...More

Among the dirty, and fast food places along the streets of Phnom Phen, the Open Wine is a nice oasis restaurant, centrally located near the Royal Palace area. You must like the fancy French cuisine to enjoy the food offering.

Dear TiberiuDL, You obviously came to our restaurant during the yearly Water Festival, when streets are crowded with vendors and pedestrians. Thank you for choosing Open Wine Restaurant and thank you for taking the time to write a review. Much appreciated. The management

We visited the Open Wine Restaurant on two consecutive days for lunch. On one occasion we had the set lunchtime menu, on the other we dined a la carte. The high praise of earlier reviewers of the French and Khmer cooking is well founded. The...More

On our last night we wanted a romantic restaurant to visit. We did not have enough time to change. And came in T-Shirts and shorts (no problem). Waitresses were dressed in conservative red cheongsams and were extremely attentive. For the first hour (5:3 to 6:30),...More

It's a good deal to order the 3-course set lunch. Appetizer and desserts were fantastic but the two mains, namely seabass and rumsteak were a BIG letdown. We wondered if the chef at the helms of the mains have gone to vacay?

To the Chef: why do you present to your customers such a zero as a French Onion Soup. The cheese gratin was nice, but the soup itself one watery thing, out of the freezer (for sure!), the onions no color (not sautéed in butter), no seasoning in the broth, just plain water. It's the worst onion soup I had in my life and I am not a newcomer to it. I am from Alsace-Lorraine and was virtually fed up with onion soup—the real one. Your restaurant staff is mute, they are not exuberant in any way. I can see they are afraid. Are your bosses shouting at them? (Which is the usual attitude of the French here, I know it, I am living since 15 years in this country). I have met both of your owners several times before you opened the restaurant. I never thought you would perform so poorly. The Sauvignon Blanc was nice, but overpriced at 6$ a glass—and it was just 1/3 of a glass. No. I won't come again.
