Our tour guide took us to Touk on our first night in Phnom Penh. It had a great atmosphere with live music, and friendly staff. The food and drinks were great and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Phnom Penh

We went to this resto for drink before we leaving the city. Really love the ambiance in this place that overlooking the river. The staff are friendly and the price is worthed. Over all recommend this place and definitely will back if we are around.
