For Dinner we had a vegetable pancake and self-wrap beef. Both was good from a quality perspective and tasty. The portions both were not really Asian-like - more close to European format. Nevertheless definitely a recommendation, especially as it is located close to TeaHouse Hotel....More

This Vietnamese/Cambodian hybrid restaurant is excellent value and has something for everyone. The ginger lemongrass chicken was amazing. It is a medium priced venue near to the heart of town.

Food was very good and the restaurant is popular. The service was efficient. However the waitress did not fully take our order so we had to call her back to make sure she wrote down the whole order. Other restaurants did this as a matter...More

Our hotel is near to this restaurant. The restaurant charged service charges but the service is really good. Food is tasty. The steam fish we ordered only cost us $9 and is a very big fish.

Tried this restaurant for the first time this evening with friends. We had the pancake and sour soup, both were pretty nice. The soup had some whole small fish in it which at first I thought would be hard to eat because of small bones,...More

This restaurant combines Vietnamese and Khmer cuisine in a way too long to read menu list. However some Phô and other Hue specialties are with the experience. The garden is nice and the service staff ok (16, March 2017)

Magnolia’s publicity leaflets say it aims to serve the best Vietnamese cuisine in town – and on our visit, the claim certainly seemed to be justified. The restaurant is set in a lovely old villa where you can sit either inside or in a leafy courtyard, and all the food is deliciously fresh and flavoursome. Highlights included the crispy Vietnamese pancakes, cooked to order outdoors, roll-your-own fresh spring rolls and cress soup with fishballs. It’s open for breakfast (great Pho) lunch and dinner, and the cocktails are good too. We visited several times during a recent stay in Phnom Penh, and weren’t disappointed once.
