i was there with friends on last Saturday to celebrate my friend's birthday. Food is amazing, a bit pricey but worth for money. Very attentive service. One of best places to hang out with friends in special occasions.

Topaz is no doubt the best French restaurant in Phnom Penh. The food is exquisite, the ambiance is superb and there is an impressive array of wine selections. This is definitely a place not to miss if you are a lover of French food and with money to burn. Go for it and be prepared to be thrilled.

Last 2 of May we made a great dinner at Topaz, 6 wine lovers, we had the best food in Cambodia together with a long list of of good wines, champagne, Port wine and a bottle of Grey Goose Vodka with Tartare Beef. This is the right place for a wine dinner in great style.

Recently moved with good renovations. Nice to be seated in a hall but highly recommended to try a separate room in backyard. Good cuisine with local materials and maybe better to try to ask today's specials with fresh catches. Also fun to see a kitchen on the way to separate rooms thru big windows.

We arrived around 9 pm. Ordered expensive wine, a few starters and steak for main course. Around 9.30 we were told the kitchen will be closing 10 pm so we should select our dessert while main course not even arrived yet. The food was good. However we all felt rushed by the staff to finish the dinner and leave asap.... More

We decided to spend a little more and enjoy a nice steak dinner while in Cambodia. This restaurant did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We would return.

Elegant setting. Good service. OK I admit it every once in a while I need a steak fix. Traveling around most of Asia I've tried numerous steak restaurants and always been disappointed. Not this time. Steak was tender, flavorful and cooked to perfection. Menu was full of really good options. Highly recommend.

A very elegant restaurant serving fine French cuisine. This is an amazing gem and a delightful surprise in Phnom Penh. The food and service was excellent. The ambience, garden with the banyan tree lends a serene calmness to the restaurant even though they were busy. The executive chef introduced himself and we spoke about his style and top quality cuisine.... More

It came recommended from the hotel staff and obviously at the trip advisor. We were really impressed with the fresh salad presented with entrée. Wish I had the recipe. We sat outside, which can be a bit dark but very atmospheric with the geckos chirping away. We would recommend this highly if you are looking for a splurge, maybe on... More
