Upstairs is really beautiful, with lovely seating on the balcony and great decor inside too. Highly recommend the coconut granola - it comes with lots of fresh fruit! And the coffee is always very good.

Sitting on the second-floor patio, won't can't imagine looking on Sihanouk Boulevard and Independence Monument and feeling you have stepped back into time. It's open air but comfortable with a breeze and ceiling fans; amazingly-quick service and an amazing menu - from duck breast to French toast. Coffee and juices are a-1! With great atmosphere, food, service and view --... More

Java is a top place in Phnom Penh, if not only offers a great food but also has wonderful design full of pictures and pieces of local art. 10% of the profit supports the local artist community. Their service is great, food portions sufficient and prices are accurate

All expats enjoy this place. It provides excellent quality food, extended European cuisine, pleasant atmosphere and high quality service. It is also located in the very city center. Great place for meting with friends or business meetings. The upper floor accommodates an art gallery.

We stopped by for lunch - we were on holidays but my brother is a regular! Really great spot - food was excellent, staff really friendly and choice of juices etc super. Would definitely be going there more often if I was nearby! Its a nice bright cafe/restaurant - nothing special from that perspective but well set up.

Stopped here for a break on the recommendation of U.K.s Guardian newspaper. It has a lovely terrace upstairs with a small art gallery. I ordered a Pumpkin muffin, which was very nice and a Cafe au lait, with hot milk, which at best was tepid. Free internet and a nice place to relax but, in my opinion, not really worth... More

When we visited we had beef and red onion sandwich and bacon and apple. Both were superb. It's a little expensive but the best food we had in Phnom Penh.
