Received a recommendation to eat at friends, and very glad I followed the recommendation. The setting is lovely, as the outside eating area is circled with greenery, so it cuts out some city noise. The service is exceptional with the typical smiling Cambodian attitude. Good was fresh and very tasty. Very healthy portions, so we left feeling very full. Most... More

Really lovely food and a great place to enjoy dinner. It's a great cause, the staff are helpful and they catered well for gluten free. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere.

Very good food and a fairly good service. A lot of vegetarian dishes. With a stunning falafel $ 5.75 We also had a wrap .... $ 7.- Not cheap but worse the visit ... they also do good projects for young people true the restaurant and other activities.

Super food with lots of really imaginative vegetarian options (greatly appreciated!) Lovely drinks too. Don't forget to pop into their shop on the street front for imaginative recycled goodies.

Heard about this place and tried it with a friend. Sitting out on the back patio was lovely, had a garden feeling with vine walls separating their restaurant and school (I think). Food was good, they have a varied menu of fusion foods. I wished I had come with more people so I could try more dishes. We shared the... More

With a menu described as 'creative tapas', dishes are designed to share and 2-3 is plenty for a couple. Something I particularly appreciated about this restaurant (and it's sister restaurant Romdeng) is the menu layout which is divided into sections such as 'For the Veggie Lover', 'For the Adventurer' and 'For the Sweet Tooth'. This made it easy to navigate... More

Great tasting food and a really good cause, although portion size was a little small. An average sized eater required two dishes for dinner - maybe make sure you add rice to bulk it out. Would still come back again.

Really enjoyed the food and experience at Friends the Restaurant. Different concept and had various cuisine options available. The concept is tapas and small dishes to share amongst the individuals at the table. Let us tell you that anything that you order is great FOOOOD! Also, the concept is really cool. It is a company that is helping underprivileged youth... More

Central (quite a few craft shops in the neighbourhood) and with an associated charity shop and nail/massage parlour (book ahead), the food at this restaurant that trains deprived young people for the hospitality trade is both very good and slightly different from run of the mill Cambodian fare. It was so good that we went two nights running.

Thank Brunlea
