Close to Renaissance, Vietnamese food and free wifi were my requirements. I found this restaurant clean and was surprised at the variety on the menu. I tried a chicken/crab/mushroom soup and spring rolls. Very tasty. Prices were affordable too. Good choice for my first meal in Vietnam.

Nice hidden away Vietnamese Restaurant by the Saigon River..little hard to find even for the local taxi drivers but worth the trip..Food is very good but more for the location.

Friendly staff with an English menu that was easy to use. Service was quick and efficient. The food wasn't bad, but it didn't pop, either. Good taste with a large enough portion, but we ate at many more places on HCMC that were truly standouts. This just wasn't special in any way. We were the only people there who were... More

On our first day our Vietnamese family members took us here for a large family lunch and My father, my partner and I returned for dinner 2 days later. We loved the food and enjoyed the experience, I did think the service was a little lacking and could improve but some of this could be my expectations coming from a... More

We chose this restaurant because Ngo Duc Ke at no.13 was recommended in the Claire Boobyer Vietnam Guide Book. There was a gap where no.13 should have been (presumably demolished!) so we went in no.15 which was called Restaurant 13. All a bit confusing. Anyway the food was the worst we ate on our trip, bland and tasteless. To top... More

Only one gentleman with bow tie that takes your order. He remembers regular. Brought visitors there and they love the food. What to order? Interesting 2 dishes I would want on the table. Caramel Claypot fish and pork belly. Great size for 3-4 if you are ordering 2-3 more dishes if you eat with rice. Second must-order dish is the... More

Authentic but medium. Seems family run and authentic food. The service was fast and food came quick. Good prices and broad selection.

Restaurant 13 is a small restaurant, but it has a good location (next to Dong Khoi street) and is open later than many other places in the area that serve Vietnamese cuisine. The quality of the food was consistently good over several visits. The head waiter speaks English well and can be a good source of information about the cuisine.

While staying in District 2's Villa Song Saigon, our concierge had high praise for this restaurant where the staff loves to eat. They sent us with a list of their favorites and we ordered them all... From Whole Fried Fish to Squid with lemongrass. It was all excellent and the view of the river floating past just added e tea... More

Our guide had recommended this restaurant, since it is family-run. The food was o.k., nothing outstanding
