Our family are usually having dinner here and we love this place. Hot sake and cold sashimi are great combination for me. Last time we tried new dish and yeah, its good :)

We know the owner of this restaurant. He is a young but hard working Japanese man. his restaurant has been famous in Hanoi for a long time. We want to have authentic Japanese food that why we came here. The restaurant has three floors with multiple private rooms. You are welcome right at the moment you walked into their door.... More
As being crazy about Japanese cuisine, I found out Ky Y immediately after I came to Hanoi. It quite easy to find the restaurant, #166 Trieu Viet Vuong street. When we went into for the dinner, we were welcomed by some friendly staff with saying "irassamase" meaning "Hello".Then a girl seat us at the 1st floor, in front of a... More
The place was a bit cramped and they usually take you upstairs. In Vietnam, upstairs means no ac with only fans running. (note: avoid upstairs). The food was OK with a wide selection on the menu. The prices are very high for Vietnamese standards. So I would recommend a pass for this place.
There are lost Vietnamese and almost full just weekdays lunch. Very amazed. I had Karaage Lunch it is deep-fried Chicken. Nice taste and so many piece, I recommend for guys need lots energy for working!
Its a nice restaurant and very busy. Employee are very welcoming and friendly. However i am not sure i like the food here. I think it is a bit pricey for the food standard. Overall it was ok experience.

I'm so lucky that this place is round the corner from my house. The staff here are all lovely and very professional. The menu is really varied and the food is of a high standard. They serve some lovely sake too.
Small and not visible as it stuck in between others, the restaurant gives you a feeling of family business: cozy and warm. We sat in the room with big tree view, an old tree that rarely sees in Hanoi nowadays. The staff is attentive and efficient. What surprise me most is the fresh mustard was served fresh for meal. Although... More
