This was the first time taking a Cooking Class abroad. And iT was the most amazing experience ever! The staff were friendly and very approachable. We were guided through the street markets to purchase the ingredients. It was definitely a hands-on experience especially with the cooking as we were able to chop our vegetables. I would recommend this to anybody... More

The staff service is excellent and food tastes great (they also have additional recipes for vegetarians). The shopping through the markets was both interesting and delicious. In all, I felt we definitely got our money's worth :)

After this we came back and prepared the food. The chef was really... More

We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the local food market. There we were given a tour around the area, a really interesting experience. After we had bought the right ingredients we headed back to the restaurant to start cooking. Amazing display of skill by the chef, and a throughly fun experience trying to cook authentic vietnamese... More

This class was heaps of fun. We were in a small group of five. We started with a tour of the market, where our guide told us about the different food while purchasing items as we went. We then stopped for a Vietnamese desert which was delicious. Back at the restaurant we started cooking. We had our own chopping board... More

Recipes were clear and not too difficult to follow. Local market gave us an insight to how local people for their daily food. This class was very good on food preparation. We love rolls 'Nem' , they are the best.
