If you are looking for a western breakfast and good coffee then this is the place for you. Good range of food and coffee is good, recommend a double shot of coffee if you are a real coffee drinker. Prices are reasonable by western standards.

Nice coffee and great cakes. Kids liked lemonade and slushy. AC welcome relief. Stopped on way back to old town from prison museum.

Great choice for a bite or coffee in the busy streets of Hanoi. Lots of western food such as bagels, sandwiches, and pastries! Definitely recommend.

JB has the look and feel of a NY deli coffee house. Clearly a happy team making magic happen. The Reuben sandwich on rye bread was delicious - pastrami, cheese, mustardy loveliness.... and the avocado shake was a taste sensation - ice cream thickness, smooth,...More

Walked into the cafe and staff ignored us for 5 minutes even after asking if we could get a tablet for three. Then we were taken to the back of the restaurant and not given any menus or greeted by anyone. Decided to leave after...More

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We apologize for your poor customer experience. Absolutely, one of our staff should have approached you, even if only to explain that customers are to order at the cashier before seating. This can be...More

The Veggie Hummus Wrap is delicious and healthy with the Avocado Shake. The customer service is very good also.

Came to Joma for breakfast on Sunday morning and overall had a good experience. Prices are more expensive compared to other places, but a 50% discount is available to purchase the previous day's cakes so thought I'd jump in! Feeling hungry so tried the banana...More

Clean, comfortable, wifi, cool, convenient, great coffee. Similar to a Starbucks and just a nice convenient place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Plus you can charge your phone while you people watch through the windows.
