this was once a pleasant place with good, organic food at reasonable prices. recently they increased prices for second time in a year (still not expensive, but neither cheap anymore), downsized their portions (curries now come in half full coffee cups instead of prior fully served bowls) and gone cheap on some ingredients (coconut milk is now a cheap, tasteless... Excellent vegetarian restaurant behind the Suan Dok temple. Serene location, a huge variety of healthy and tempting food to satisfy everyone's tastes, and good for people watching, too. Fabulous!

Dined midday here yesterday- it was fabulous. The slower pace was easily outweighed by the amazing, fresh, and bright flavors. Creative uses and blends of spices make for some truly unique and memorable (delicious!) dishes. I'll be back for sure.

I eat here often and any guest who comes to visit me is always taken to Pun Pun. A simple cafe with out door seating around and under a huge tree is nice atmosphere and cool. It restaurant is behind "Monk Chat" sits toward the rear of Wat Suan Dok. Everything is fresh and sourced locally which can some times... More

We had a bitif a time finding this cafe but it was worth it. Delicious and fresh, this organic vegetarian restaurant is an outdoor cafe. They have opened a second more traditional restaurant but we didn't go. These salads and curry were possibly the best food we've had in Thailand! Great on a hot day (especially if you like to... This is about Pun Pun situated behind Wat Suan Dok. You need to walk to the back of the wat, past "monk chat" and then turn right where all the bikes are parked. Its a bit off the beaten track but so worth it!! The food is amazing! My wife and I are not vegetarian but anyone could cheerfully turn... More

The food here is terrific; great quality and taste. The restaurant is tucked away at the back of Wat Suan Dok, making for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. When I was there the restaurant was quite busy, but the service was friendly and efficient.

This little restaurant, tucked into the back courtyard of an important wat, was an excellent choice. A little hard to find, so when you get to the wat, ask any of the monks and they'll direct you to it. Food is AMAZING. 99% vegetarian and the quality was excellent. Cost was very very low. Great value and great experience.

Had the pleasure of eating at Pun Pun today, it is not so easy to locate - hidden away in Wat grounds. It is a vegetarian place (which I am not) and the food is fantastic - It is also very good value and the staff could not be nicer, Can't recommend it highly enough.

Wide variety of choices of both food and drinks. Courteous service and semi-pleasant atmosphere. It's behind a gorgeous Wat, with a beautiful huge tree centerpiece, and yes, the seating leaves much to be desired. But the main problem is that it's dirty and unkempt. No regard is paid to aesthetics at all. This is a shame because otherwise it would attract... More
