Famous for its Peking duck this restaurant does a roaring trade with virtually every table ordering this dish. At 360 baht or around $10 it is a bargain for the whole duck. And they are duck masters with great pancakes and crispy skin. It is that good u should order a duck per person. Other dishes are a good Chinese... More

Restaurant offers the standard Chinese food. Fully air conditioned and full service; not crowded, with comfortable seatings. Food is good, and quite a wide range on the menu to cater to most of your requirements

Chinese restaurant offering the standard fare, nothing fancy, but reasonably priced and delicious. Peking duck is cheap, cheap, cheap. Lots of tables to suit any number of people. Wide open air-conditioned dining area.

We went in a family group we had three tables and the food was delicious, I think we had about 10 dishes on each table. There was so much that we had to take some home with us because we just didn't have enough room in our bellies. Good service good food

An An Lao has what is arguably the cheapest Peking duck in the area at 350 baht, but the dishes that the restaurant makes using the duck meat needs some work. We went for dinner as a group and the staff split our checks by family, which was appreciated. However, it took a very long time for everyone's food to... More

Good food, friendly staff and great prices - my wife's favourite Chinese restaurant in Bangkok. If you want good Chinese food at cheap eats prices this restaurant is the one to visit.

My husband and I stopped in after seeing delicious looking photos of Peking duck on their menu for 350 Baht. Worst decision ever. The "Peking duck" you get is literally a plate of duck skin. There is certainly no full duck involved. What may be the breast meat (but tasted like overcooked pork) is prepared in your choice of several... More

there is a lot of great cuisine on offer at An An Lao but the featured dish of Peking Duck is why most folks go there, including myself. always roasted to perfection, always crispy, and the accompanying dishes made with the duck meat are all also good. at just about $10 USD this is a great value dish that is... Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
